The andrological exams were accomplished every 15 days and parasitological exams every 15 and 60 days after the treatments. In the statistical analyses were used Anova and comparisons between averages according to Kruskal-Wallis and Bonferroni tests. The obtained results indicated that the antiparasitic treatments used did not influence negatively the andrological characteristics. The prophylactic application of antiparasitic, before the mating station, is an efficient technique for controls of natural ectoparasitism by D .hominis and H. irritans, not interfering in the seminal quality of the Nelore bulls.
